Screening
Type a name and phone number. Vouch runs phone-line intelligence, fraud reputation, email checks, and criminal & sex-offender record searches where your state allows — silently, in seconds. The customer is never texted, emailed, or asked for anything. Possible record matches are identity-labeled, never an automatic verdict.
Live safety
Arrival is detected by geofence — or one tap of “I've arrived.” From there a check-in clock runs. Confirm you're safe and the visit closes quietly; miss the window and Vouch escalates on its own: your emergency contact gets your last-known location and an acknowledgment link, and an unanswered alert falls through to a backup contact. A duress PIN triggers a silent alarm that looks exactly like a normal check-in. The owner's board shows events — arrived, checked in, overdue — never the worker's position: worker location is not surveillance data, and the API serves owners none of it.
For teams
Owners see every visit live: alerts and overdue check-ins pinned on top, who's on site and for how long, what's next today. Employees get their own logins and check in per worker on shared job sites — and owners schedule visits for the whole team.
Bookings & payments
A public booking page screens every request before it reaches your calendar and can require a deposit to confirm. Invoices and card payments deposit straight to your bank; earnings, clients, and your price menu live in the same app.
